Who is Felix?

My name is Felix Steene, and I’m a passionate and competitive individual with a strong love for both sales and pole vaulting. My background in sports has shaped me into someone who is driven, hardworking, and always eager to improve, qualities that define me both personally and professionally.

What Felix brings to the table

As an SDR at Findex, I bring a strong work ethic, a competitive mindset, and a creative approach to problem-solving. My experience in pole vaulting has taught me discipline, perseverance, and the importance of constantly refining techniques, all of which translate directly into my work in sales. Previously, at my former workplaces, I honed my skills in building relationships, securing sponsorships, managing budgets, and leading projects. This experience has made me adaptable, results-driven, and committed to delivering value.

I chose to join Findex because of my passion for startups and my desire to continuously learn and grow. I strongly believe in Findex’s business idea and its potential, and being part of a dynamic, fast-paced environment allows me to challenge myself, contribute my ideas, and develop both professionally and personally. As an SDR, I’m excited to combine my love for sales with the opportunity to make an impact while constantly improving, much like in sports.

What is Felix's biggest “inner driver” to evolve?

My biggest inner driver to evolve is my love for learning and stepping into challenging situations where I can grow. I believe in the mindset, 'If you’re the smartest person in the room, you’re in the wrong room.' Whether in sales or pole vaulting, I strive to improve every day, compete, and add value.
