Meet Hannes, our Matix student from Gothenburg School of Economics

Who is Hannes?

I’m Hannes, a 24-year-old business graduate from the School of Business, Economics and Law in Gothenburg, currently studying the master’s program Matix - a program that combines academic theory with hands-on experience in growth companies. I’ve always been fascinated by how ideas turn into real companies and how businesses can be shaped through strategy, innovation, and teamwork. My professional background is a mix of entrepreneurship and business development. I’ve co-founded a small marketing agency, worked in sales and customer success within the IT sector, and been involved in strategic decision-making at a family-run tech company. Outside of work, I enjoy cycling, exploring new places, and discovering good food and local culture. I’m also passionate about personal development and constantly looking for new challenges that push me to grow - both professionally and as a person.

What Hannes brings to the table

I’d describe myself as curious, analytical, and action-oriented. I like to connect the dots between strategy and execution - to see how ideas can become concrete results. With a background in business economics and hands-on experience from smaller companies, I’ve developed an understanding of what drives growth: everything from customer relationships and marketing to operations and long-term strategy. I believe that my combination of analytical thinking and creative problem-solving can contribute to Findex’s journey as the company continues to grow and refine its offering. I also value collaboration highly. For me, the best ideas are born when different perspectives meet - and I’m excited to learn from the talented people here at Findex while adding my own energy, curiosity, and structure to the mix.

I’m motivated by growth and development - both my own and the company’s. I love being in environments where things move fast, where I can take responsibility, learn by doing, and see progress unfold. At my core, I’m driven by curiosity: understanding how things work, how they can be improved, and how people and businesses can reach their potential.
