Neither our internal staff nor any outsiders can see your personally identifiable information. If a specific support task requires it, selected engineers receive limited, logged access only upon your request and compliance team approval.
Data encryption
All your data in Findex is encrypted at rest on Amazon servers. Even in the event of a breach, the data would be useless without the decryption key — which is never stored alongside the data.
Banking data
Findex uses regulated third-party financial aggregators to connect your bank accounts. Your credentials are sent directly to those services from your browser — Findex never sees or stores them. We have read-only API access and cannot make transactions on your behalf. Ever.
We do not sell your data
Our business model is privacy-friendly by design. We do not sell your data, and we ensure that any third-party providers we work with do not store or sell it either.
